Cancellation and Returns Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched for delivery. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and fragrance products can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details so we can review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
Approved returns must be sent back within the timeframe provided by our customer support team. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Where applicable, an exchange, store credit, or refund will be processed according to our return guidelines. Shipping charges are generally non refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed product defect.
